What is the return on investment?
Return on investment (ROI) represents the period of time how long it takes you to get your investment back.
People consider this explicitly before they decide to invest in a game.
This makes sense because you obviously want to get a return on your investment as soon as possible.
To know what the ROI is, you will first need to know what it costs to get in.
Suppose you need 2 NFTs to play that are both worth $50, you need $100 to get in.
Next, you will need to look up how often you can generate income and how high this income is.
Sometimes a game will indicate this itself, or if the game is already out, other players will regularly talk about it.
You then just need to divide your earnings per day by your total investment to arrive at the daily ROI.
The standard in crypto games is about between 2.5 to 10% ROI per day.
